Bathroom refurbishments at a local care home
VSP Heating started carrying out en-suite bathroom refurbishment works at our care home in Broadstairs about three years ago. All of the resident’s bathrooms were refurbished by VSP. The work that was completed was to a high standard. The team that worked on site for the two-year period was excellent. They got on well with the management team and residents. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend VSP and I have now for them involved on other sites due to the level of confidence I have in Vic and his team to deliver a good standard of work and value for money.
Building a Utility Room
It is vital that a sufficiently robust utility room is in place when caring for a Disabled Person. The careful planning along with a seamless execution of the plan is paramount in order that the least amount of stress is experienced by the patient. The end result is perfect. What was particularly important was that the stages and work progress was accurate which was fully understood by all concerned.
New Boiler and Gas Certs
We used Vic and his team to install a new boiler, the service was carried out quickly to help our customer with great communication and care. We also had our annual gas certificates completed on our rental properties. The team arrive promptly and go out of their way should one of the tenants not be available. When a tenant has experienced a problem with the boiler, the turnaround that VSP provide is outstanding.
Boiler relocate and upgrade
Vic was incredibly responsive and helpful. The prices were fair. The lads onsite were very friendly and did a very neat installation. Everything working perfectly. Would definitely recommend.
Bathroom fitting
Excellent service from VSP. Could not fault them. Bathroom is beautiful! Tidied up after themselves and were polite.
Install Hot water systems to two office toilets
Excellent service, run smoothly, would thoroughly recommend.
Boiler installation
Excellent, all staff very friendly, boiler installation carried out swiftly and very tidy during the work. Highly recommend.
Bathroom suite and 2 x radiators
2 fitters turned up on time (5 minutes early). Both were extremely polite and courteous and after a quick chat got to work. Install done to a high standard and bathroom left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.
